The Group consists of TOMONY Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"), a financial holding company, and 10 consolidated subsidiaries, including THE TOKUSHIMA TAISHO BANK, LTD. and THE KAGAWA BANK, LTD. With banking as its core business, the Group provides a wide range of financial services, including leasing and credit card services, and has grown together with local customers as a wide-area financial group.

In April 2026, we launched the 6th Medium-Term Management Plan, a three-year plan. The plan is positioned as a deepening phase toward realizing the Vision for the Next 10 Years set forth in the 5th Medium-Term Management Plan: "a wide-area financial group that customers and communities are glad to have chosen: TOMONY." It sets out our solutions-oriented management strategy, management targets, and related initiatives for the next three years, while striking a balance between continuity and evolution.
Specifically, by implementing concrete measures based on our five basic strategies-Sustainability Strategy, Sales Strategy, Human Resources Strategy, Operational Strategy, and Governance Strategy-we aim to evolve to the next stage together with all our stakeholders.
